Title: Hearts of Palm Salad

16ozCan, whole hearts of palm
1smSweet green pepper, chopped
2ozJar sliced pimientos drained
1 Celery stalk, chopped
2 Green onions sliced thin
1tbChopped fresh parsley leaves
2tbVegetable oil
1/4cLemon juice
  Lettuce leaves

Drain the hearts of palm and cut them into bite-size pieces. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Serve on lettuce leaves.
